Election for AP Club Officers

Notice of Election

The election for officers of the ORSA Action Pistol Club will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at the AP Club meeting.  The meeting will begin at 7:00pm in the meeting room of Gander Mountain on Parkside Drive in Knoxville, TN.

The offices to be filled are President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  The term of office is for two years.  Duties for each officer position are included in the by-laws posted on the AP Club web site ( www.orsaap.com ).

If you are interested in being a candidate for any of the offices, please make your interest known no later than May 31 to any club officer (Mike Madden, Mark Levy, Eric Larson, or Leonard Bailey).

The names of the candidates for each of the offices will be posted on the AP Club web site and on the bulletin board at the AP range beginning on June 10.

Those wishing to vote in the election must be present at the election meeting.

In accordance with the Action Pistol Club By-Laws the nomination process for club officers was closed on May 31.  The term of office for each officer is two years.

The nominees are:
President – Mike Madden
Vice-President – Mark Levy
Secretary – Leonard Bailey
Treasurer – Eric Larson

As specified in the By-Laws, the election will be held at the June club meeting to be held on June 28, 2011, at 7:00 pm.  The meeting will be held in the meeting room of Gander Mountain on Parkside Drive in Knoxville.
